Party Crashers part 8: Segue

Dan emerges from the lounge with an odd sense of clarity. Jake walks up to him. "There you are. Listen, I just had a case of the splatters in the coat room, so I'm gonna assume that people are going to take offense to that."

Dan takes it in stride as he finishes his drink. "Yeah, I was thinking about leaving, too." He squints at the clock. "Where's D-Man?"

"I think he's getting a hand-job in the parking lot."

Screams start to filter down the hallway. "Oh my god! OH MY GOD!"

Dan looks at Jake. "Now when I said 'a case of the splatters,' man did I mean it."

"Yeah, clearly. Alright, let's get out of here before the police show up."

The song "Call Me Irresponsible" by Michael Buble kicks in just as the boys make their way through the lobby to the double doors. Dan nods at the doorman. "Y'know, Jake, you definitely remind me of someone..."

"Is that a fact?"

"Sure. Let me tell you a little story about a guy named Joel Riggins..."
